This chapter will show how the small project should be handled properly. The content of this chapter is more likely coming from project management literatures however the writer selected only the most important topics that have relation with the small project which present in this chapter. The selection is guided by the writer experience on handling small projects for almost five year for water treatment industry and related industries.

-Planning, Budgeting, Scheduling and Controlling the small project.



Chapter three, main topic; The strategic position of small project :in the company objective .

In this chapter the writer first set up a criteria for the company to make a selection for a project and then present the company objectives on doing a small project such as:

-Keeping and building relationship with a customer.

-Keeping and training the availability of human resources within the company

-Training the company for the bigger project.



Chapter four, main topic; Small project position in Indonesia market that give us an overview about the economic growth of the country that in line with the growth in Construction industry which reflect the position of the small project in winning the trust and relationship from the big company in handling their big project.



Chapter five, main topic; A conclusion of the writing. .

From those tour chapters, Starting from small project overview, how to handle small project correctly, untill consideration on small project properties, in this chapter the writer try to conclude and present an illustration i on where we should put the small project :in the company activities and how we should use the small project in its portion to the company future growth.
