PT. Karabha Digdaya was specifically set up to realize, implement and manage the vision of Emerald One. The name Emerald One was chosen to reflect the vision of golf at its very best and a lifestyle healthy living and casual elegance.



Emerald One, in addition to having the South Course and the North Course designed by Arnold Palmer and Jack Nicklaus, the two living legends of golf, they sought, interviewed and selected architects and contractors of international renown to design and construct the magnificent Emerald One Golf & Country Club House and also to master plan the entire 500 hectares Emerald One project.



Emerald One's revenue is generated from the golf membership fee and from housing lots sales. Golf membership fee was gradually increased in accordance with completion of the golf course. At the first launching, golf membership fee was US$ 25,000 each, and upon finishing of the first nine holes increased to US$ 40,000. After completion of 18 holes Arnold Palmer's course price was increased to US$ 50,000, and now with 27 holes playable course consist of 18 holes Arnold Palmer course and 9 holes Jack Nicklaus course price is US$ 60,000. The membership in addition has another advantage as an investment purpose so for those who are willing to sell this membership to others will be benefited with the membership fee increasement (transferable membership). Total membership issued by Emerald One golf is limited up to maximum 2,500 members this is because to make all members of Emerald One golf could be treated exclusively and personally.



Total land for housing lots was provided and prepared of 300 hectares. Housing lots by large was divided from 400 m2, 800 m2, 1,500 m2, 4,000 m2, up to 6,000 m2, and by location was divided into Golfview, lake view, river view, garden view, and just ordinary housing complex. Golf, lake and river view was particularly for big housing lots, while garden and ordinary housing complex were for medium and small lots. Price per square meter of this housing lots was vary from US$ 200 for small housing lots up to US$ 300 for medium housing lots depending on their views, and US$ 500 for big housing lots with a better view. Again this housing lot is a better investment for some speculators as the price will increase in accordance with the step by step completion of the golf courses, Club House, Commercial center and shopping facilities, direct access to the toll road, and other infra structure developments.
