In order to stay competitive, a company has to operate efficiently in every aspect of its business. The purpose of this study was to assist the management of PT Kisindo Unggul Photo, also known as S.S. PHOTO, in finding ways for improvement in efficiency of the company's inventory management area and the related management information system. It is in this specific area of inventory management that the Group Field Project (GFP) team tried to contribute to S.S. PHOTO.
