The project assigned by PT. Surveyor Indonesia was that of developing new style of Human Resource Management with objective to propose a new model of career management systems based on Competency Based Human Resources Management (CBHRM) at PT Surveyor Indonesia (PTSI).
As a company, PT Surveyor Indonesia is only hold more than 3 percent in Indonesia market shared, and its considerably small, because of this, PT Surveyor Indonesia needs strong support from its employee to boost the profit and survive in the competitions.
