P.R. Surnber Hidup as a small cigarette company and is on its growing phase, has been busy in capturing a market demand of its product. In a growing phase, any company whether they are small or big, fulfilling market demand become the intention of the company at any cost. However, during this phase a company should start to have proper procedure in managing its operation"process for supporting the company growth therefore in the future especially in a steady phase the company can sustain its existence.

P.R. Surnber Hidup operation has been focus in fu1fi1ling sales order. In consequences, the company try as hard as possible and at any cost to satisfy those orders. It has been observed that in the process of fulfilling those sales orders, documentation of the process being side aside, overlapping responsibilities and duties, conflict of interest, and inefficiency on material, machine and human resources.

The abovementioned inefficiencies can be minimized thru some development on working processes both physical process and documentation process. This paper analyzed P.R. Surnber Hidup working process starts from sales order, production planning, production and its distribution. Some weaknesses have been observed and its resolutions have been suggested also.

The analysis was based on some theories of operations, internal control, quality management, facility management/5S (Speed, Space, Specification, Safety and Security), and resource planning. Change management was also included as part to be considered. Using the theories, problems and risks were observed and improvements were defined.

.Improvement resolution for P.R. Surnber Hidup working process on this paper might not be the focus of the company at the moment. However, by having those improvements, the company might have stepping stones toward better procedure, effective resources usage and at the end in combining with absorbing market demand will fattening the bottom line.
