TVS is the first two wheelers motorcycle company, so TVS must be consider the price, because of the price in motorcycle is needed, with the price so the customer can choose the motorcycle than rather cheap, and if TVS already choose the price of its motorcycle, so TVS also should be consider about the price of accessories and spare part, as we know the spare part and accessories is very important to motorcycle that helping the motorcycle is rady on the way.

How should TVS decide the price? What are the threat of TVS Motorcycle Company, first fall TVS should be consider about the quality of the accessories and spare part, as we know TVS spare part and accessories is got an award by TPM Excellence Award - First category by Japan Institute of Plant Maintenance (JIPM), as the bench mark in TPM excellence in India, so for the quality is already well known for us, and how about the perception of the customers? TVS should be convince the customer by doing the advertising on TV and also in the magazine, newspaper, sport, it is because of the when people wont buy the motorcycle they usually watching TV or just red the automotive magazine and also newspaper automotive., after that TVS should be making the positioning the prize, first all TVS can give a same price with lower quality, or high price with good quality, and also lower price with lower quality, and the last same price with same quality. The answer of this positioning is same price with same quality, it is because of the people will more interest to the spare part that has the same quality with the Japanese motorcycle, and also the price is just the same.
