PT Ekspres Transportasi Antarbenua (Premiair), is one of the leading players in the Indonesian private jet charter industries, operating in Halim Perdanakusuma Airport. Founded on 1989, it was first operated as a dedicated jet charter serving only its' holding company. By 2006, it was already started to become the professionally running their business who operated in a niche elite private jet charter market.

For a single charter, Premiair need to work together with each department in order to have a successful flight. Those were Sales & Marketing, Finance, and Operations. In current condition, each department has been working under their own procedures.

Because the industry is very dynamic including customer's, weather, airport condition, etc, communication plays an important role in the operations of Premiair. This project tries to provide solutions to integrated infrastructure for linking disparate systems, and data sources across the company, also tries to realigning and strengthening the SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) of PT Ekspress Transportasi AntarBenua aka Premiair in order to obtain greater efficiency and effectiveness, and better management of all aspects of its operations.
