The objective of this study is to build the six sigma method in team project. The project team activities for quality and productivity improvement are perhaps the most important activities in Six Sigma.

In this research, six sigma methods is merely for fixing the team project and increasing the amount of no defect product that is qualified to be distributed to the consumers. The core goals of Six Sigma are reduce defects, improve yield, improve customer satisfaction, reduce variation and increase shareholder value. As a result of those, Six Sigma eventually increases the company's competitiveness. Six' sigma methods is a quality/ process control method that early has been developed' in manufacturing company, namely Motorola Company, in early 1990 that has grown significantly in General Electric (Pyzdek, 2002).

Six Sigma implementation is go,ing through some level of conducting steps that usually called DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improvement, and Control). The Six Sigma DMAIC method is about solving a problem with an unknown solution.

The problem needs to be defined in concrete measurable terms with an operational definition. In the Define phase, the Six Sigma project team identifies a project based on business objectives and the customers of the process and their needs and requirements.
