Recently the density of population in DKI Jakarta was become the big problem for the government, many companies are outsourcing their human resources. Then because of that many people from other province were trying to survive and hoping something more in this capital city. Accroding to the situation in DKI Jakarta PT. Wahyu Kalasuba as a freight forwarding company that have been existing since 2004 has launched their business into retail market, they were looked the opportunity that the demand of courier and messenger service was increasing sigfinifacnt. People tend to priority their rime efficiency.

After launched the courier and messenger service within 6 months, the sales are unstable and going outside from the target, service contract as an important product of the company also not responded good enough in the market. By looking of the situation WKScs has to find out the barriers in the business or waiting for the miracle with 90% of prabability to become bankrupt. Therefore in this Capita Selecta will analyze the effectiveness of the business strategy for PT. WKS in the courier and messanger business.
