To solve this problem writer using several tool as approaching tool to solve the problem from the external environment, internal, industry background, until the SWOT of the Bank (Bank Syariah Mandiri Banda Aceh) to make new strategy based on marketing perspective to increase market share and umber of customer.

Tsunami attack and other natural disaster always bring changing to an industry, this case recommendation could also use to other bank in different case but still on market stagnation.

Tsunami attack in Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam was bringing the two (2) side of changing in Aceh. Good changing and Bad changing. The good changing, nowadays Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam tries to wake up and develop the province. And the bad canging is all city facilities and some of the resources were broken and high damage.

Shortly this Capita Selecta is the process to arrange new strategy to hotelier industry when they facing stagnation time.
