This project was undertaken to assist the management of PT Kisindo Unggul Photo in their effort to improve the share of merchandise sales in overall company revenues. Assistance was provided in the form of a strategic marketing plan and supporting implementation programs that will enable the company to improve the overall performance of existing chain of retial stores. The strategy development will be primarily based on intensive study and evaluation of the company's current situation, competitive market, consumer characteristics /behavior. The strategy recommended as a result of this study was tailored specifically to address the opportunities to maintain or improve SS Photo's competitive position.
