As the market leader of telecommunication industry, especially in Indonesia Telkomsel have to maintain its position. The competition in this industry more pretty tough, increasing competition in telecommunication requires operator to form a partnership with content provider (vendor), In order to provide value added services (VAS) to end customers. Therefore, content provider's satisfaction especially on the timely payment is critical. However content provider invoicing process at Telkomsel in most cases delayed (take long time).

The major focus of this Final Paper was to analyze the process to identify the delay and trade invoice status and explain how process mapping could be applied to generate practical solutions and put the company on a continous improvement process. By analyzing the activities, a new process is given. After obtaining new process, the process time of invoice is reduced from 71 to 52 hours (27%). Finally, the author expect the new process can be satisfied by customer/supplier due to accelerative response process time and improving work flow even with our limited exposure to the invoice process.
