Hermes Palace Hotel is the only hotel in Aceh's 4 star, competitor with 3-star hotel, Hermes Palace Hotel has an expensive price compared to its competitors, because Hermes has excellent service and its a very complete facilities, such as swimming pool, restaurant, cafe, lounge, karaoke facilities, pool and spa palace, my observed indicates that market demand for hotel rooms and capacity affect the room rate.



To solve this problem write using several tool to solve the problem from the external environment, internal, industry background, until the SWOT of the Hermes Palace Hotel banda Aceh to make new strategy based on marketing perspective to increase market share and umber of costumer.
