The vision and mission pf PT. Bank BPD is establishing BPD Aceh to be healthy, strong, excellence and edorsing economic growth and regional development in order to increase social welfare through business sectors expansion and giving benefit to shareholders and improving employee's welfare.

The tsunami and other natural disater always bring changing to an industry, tsunami swallowing hundreds of thousand residents and break more than 60% this twon building. Many facilities and some of the repources were broken and high damage because a tsunami attack. Because of that many of vendor or contractor issuing a bank guarantee to follow a project provide by PEMDA to develop the province. Many demands of guarantee bank make PT. Bank BPD difficult to arrange and manage schedule of submission of BG. Also a lack of mapping service design process is too complicated so that process is to long and take times.
