Control of product availability and visibility are they key succes to maintaining and increasing market shares. Ensuring our products visible by the customers and vailable in consistent priod, are very important so the control standard need to be increased.



Old way of controlling product availability and visibility without any clear guide lines and standardize forms, just plain paper to record the information from the field, result in very ineffective, inefficient, and hard to organized into computer database.

Product checklist and report form are created as the solution to increase the visit and control standard. With clear guidelines and standardize filling forms, the data gathered from the field will be accurate, easy to organize, and efficient. Products visibility and expecialy availability, influenced by many factors in the field. No standardized response in solving the problem will give negative impact to the product as well as whole company performance.

Fish bone diagrams very useful to traces the major problems and break down into minor problems. After we identify the problem, we can analyze and create best solution with creating Standard Operation Procedure in the form of flowcharts. This chart will show steps to solve the problem in standardize way.
