PT Binabusana Internusa (called BBI), is an Indonesian company having its core line of business as a contract manufacturer for apparel products. In 2010, the company along with adidas Thailand created a new subsidiary company named PT Apparel One Indonesia (called AOI) to be a company specializing as contract manufacturer for Adidas apparel to be distributed around the world.

Adidas group has given a big challenge for AOI to develop its cacity as large as possible. Thus, BBI Management set to develop AOI to reach a capacity of more than 11.5 million pieces by the end of the year 2015.

Our study is performed to assist BBI's Management in developing sustainable business plan for the future. We were asked to analysis and answer three big questions, which are :

1. Is it a profitable business?

2. Is it feasible to self finance the investment?

3. Is it sustainable business?

If YES, how do we grab the business

if NO, how do we make it a sustainable business?



This thesis gives a full report of our research.. We started with gathering all available data, both from BBI surces and publicly available data. We then used several assumptions for data which was not readily available, and made sure tha the client could accept such assumptions. After a series of data calculation, we ended with an analysis to answer all the questions presented above. A sensitivity analysis was also carried out to find out how changes in our assumptions could make a difference in the final result.
