Originally we did a study in the development of corporate strategy at PT ATMI-IGI Center Cikarang who has a vision to be a high-end moulds and dies manufacturer in 2020. During the process, we learnt that many basic operations should be fixed as a prerequisite for the development of the corporate strategy. Therefore, the group decided to focus on solving these operational problems.
