The objectives of this study is to analyze the recruitment and outsourcing system, current practices in recruitment and outsourcing system in the organization, also to give recommendation on the suitable strategy like training and development to improve the business plan of PT Karyaputra Surya Gemilang (KPSG) and to increase the acceptance level of employees in their client companies.
