The purpose of this master thesis is to develop corporate valuation analysis by application some valuation methods to the case of company PT Garuda Maintenance Facility (Garuda Indonesia Subsidiary) that has plan to do IPO in second half of 2013. The valuation will be based on the framework analysis that derived from qualitative and quantitative researches which compiled and deducted from the information collection of industry overview, internal analysis, competitive advantage, company core capabilities and historical performance including the future projection of the company financial performance over the next five years.
