This tape has two parts. Part one shows the customer service department, including service representatives on the telephone with customers and interviews with customer service representatives. Part two shows the weekly customer technical services meeting at which technical representatives, mill managers, and salespeople discuss specific customer problems. Both parts illustrate interfunctional issues that are the subject of Inland Steel (C-H) (9-587-136 through 9-587-141).
