VIVERE has been facing problem with number of walk in customer the last 2 years. The reason is still on doubt because there are diverse variable needs to consider in this case. The next effect from declining walk in customer is related to the sales performance. The figure below shows most of the stores fail to step up the number of the sales. Walk in customer and Sales performance are fundamental for every company, it seems like domino effect when walk in customer declining it followed by sales performance having problem or decreasing. The main purpose of this thesis is to find out what is the reason sales performance declining in 2013-2014 for VIVERE. Product, Price, Place and Promotion from customer perspective might things that appear to be the factor-affecting customer thought on buying the product. Then, after knowing the reason of first problem VIVERE will able to figure out what is the right marketing strategy to solve the problem along with rise the sales performance.
