characterized as hyper-competitive.
Tokopedia as one of Indonesia’s leading online marketplace that collects
and facilitates by providing platform in a new interactive way of security and
comfort both for buyers and sellers to do transaction easily, while facilitating better
and convenient online shopping experience.
In its journey of becoming better with each day passing, Tokopedia had to
overcome a surge of hurdles other than raising fund. It had to compete with tough
competitors. With Tokopedia’s four pillars of Product, Technology, Services and
Ecosystem, How Tokopedia as leader in Indonesian market face the next greater
competition? How Tokopedia to get new innovation in a systematic framework and
