Based on preliminary study conducted by the group and on subsequent discussions held with the management of ADIDAS DIVISION, the group has identified the following problems pertaining to inventory management: space and lay out, secheduling inventory flow, paperwork processing, standard inventory level in the warehouse.
Objectives: to assist the ADIDAS DIVISON of BWI in setting up an efficient central warehousing system in Jakarta to serve the 15 other branch warehouses throughout Indonesia.
