Pandu Logistics is one of the biggest local logistic companies in Indonesia, which currently consists of three companies which focus on logistic services.
Pandu provides Integrated Company Logistic Services with land Transportation, Sea and Air Freight. Currently, there is a tendency to outsource movements of goods produced helped the industry to grow recently.
In their efforts of increasing their presence within fierce competition in logistics and transportation business, Pandu wants to evaluate their brand awareness and positioning in the logistic market by reviewing the current competition and its position on the market.
The study covers several aspects which include Pandu position in the industry, the industry analysis and internal analysis. The most focus of the study are on the market survey analysis which done to several customers and also potential customers. The objective of the survey is to observe the customer satisfaction level of the customers and also the industry. We use the customer satisfaction index as tools to measure the company brand awareness.
The study also look to the company vision and mission, which they already have and it will reveal whether those vision and mission clearly felt and understood by their corporate clients as well as their potential client.
Based on the analysis on industry and the competition, there are several conclusion on the industry condition and also the room for improvement for the company. The recommendations are used to give Pandu Logistics' brand building.
