The purpose of this project is to make a Training Syllabus for all position in each department in PT. Arnott’s Indonesia. The Training Syllabus is needed in PT. Arnott’s Indonesia as a guideline for the employees who want to increase their competencies for improving the individual and company’s performance. To develop a Training Syllabus our group needs competencies from each department. From these competencies, our group can analyze which position needs to improve their skill or knowledge that will fulfill the company’s requirement. Data is collected from primary sources and secondary sources. Data is analyzed following several stages as below:
1. Defining the Competency Map
2. Defining the Definition for Each Competencies
3. Design Training Syllabus
