All started when the philosophy behind the mottos of Elevenia were not recognized by the employees. On the other hand, most of the employees understand about the meaning of Challenging, Innovation and Happiness however, it is very unfortunate that Elevenia's employees unable to implement the mottos aligned with the Elevenia perspective. Communication, job desk, and working hours appear as the main problems for Elevenia since the beginning of its establishment. In order to help elevenia defines how the leadership culture supposes to work, the reseachers is using several theories. The Theories are as the following: 1. Hofstede's Cultural Dimensions, 2. Organization Culture, 3. The Hersey-Blanchard Model of Leadership, 4. Transformational Leadership.
