The writer use the indicators of rewards and recognition from the research of
Spector (1985) and relate it also with Herzberg’s (1968) research. The writer
measure the correlation of the rewards and recognition indicators with satisfaction
factor from Hackman and Oldman (1974) previous research. The writer gathering
the data using questionnaire and analyze the quantitative data to get the result. The
result shown that there is a little bit of disagree of their satisfaction towards reward
and recognition indicators. The average of the hypothesis that the writer build is
positively correlated and resulting the existence of relationship between those two
factors (rewards and recognition towards satisfaction).
